How utterly strange. I believe i have discovered a daguerreotype of young abraham lincoln in his street fighting days. The transparency overlay comparisons match well. It is an important artifact as there is a large gap of time missing in the photographic timeline of Abe. There is a known image of him as a toddler and then the next known is that of him as adult professional lawyer, Upon the image i acquired is the number 69 below his portrait under the glass on the gold metal part of the daguerreotype frame.
I dont know the history of the daguerreotype would not suggest this could be abe lincoln in his late teens he would have to be age 30-31 and it would need to be 1839-1840, i just dont know now, so i make a fool out of myself, wouldnt be the first time. I admit i made a rather significant mistake on my judgement. Move on,
