If your doc wants you to try a bipolar type med, see if you can start with really small doses.

There is nothing that is psychological that is not also physical. There is nothing that is physical that is not also psychological. If you feel like you are going to hurt yourself, then definitely tell someone so they can lock you up in some shitty place for a while. Ask to get your hormones checked with an endocrinologist. You may be mad, but who gives a fuck. Work on feeling better and getting more energy. Exercise and healthy food can do this. We need to get healthy and make our mad marks on this world, because you know what?; the world is completely full of shit right now and we are two of the most honest, sanest motherfuckers on this crazy rolling rock. Everyone is busy chasing their carrots and polluting and destroying the world and watching people in Africa starve to death and they think we're crazy? Fuck them! The world needs us and it is our duty to get in shape so we can make the world a better place in our own way. In our names. It is our prime directive.
